Thanks for using our products (“Products”) and services (“Services”) provided by Appcode. , (“Appcode”) and/or its affiliates. By using our Products and Services, you agree to these terms of service. Please take the time to read them carefully.
Using our products and services
You must follow any policies made available to you within any of our Products or Services.
Don’t misuse our Products or Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Products or Services or try to access them using methods other than the interface and the directions we provide. You may use our Products or Services only as permitted by the law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Products or Services if you do not comply with our terms or policies.
Using our Products or Services does not give you intellectual property rights in our Products, Services, or content you access. These terms do not give you the right to use any form of branding or logos used in our Products or Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices or terms displayed in or along with our Products or Services.
We may review content to determine whether it’s legal or violates one of our policies or terms, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or terms. That does not mean we review all content, so don’t assume we do.
In connection with your use of Products and Services, we may send you Products or Service announcements, administrative messages, emails, text messages, notifications, and other information. You may opt-out of some of these communications.
Some of our Products and Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Products or Services in a way that distracts you and/or prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
You may need to create and use an Appcode Account in order to use some of our Products or Services. To keep your account protected, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your account. Try to not reuse your password on third-party products or services. This can lead to unauthorized access.
Business uses of products and services
If you are using our Products or Services on the behalf of a business, that business accepts these policies and terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Appcode and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the Products or Service provided by Appcode, or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.
Information of products and services
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our Products and Services. Prices in our Products or Services may be inaccurately displayed. While we make every attempt to avoid these inaccuracies, they can and will occur. We have the right to correct information when they are identified, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous information. Our information is subject to change without notice.
Advertisements and promotions
Appcode may run advertisements and promotions from third parties in our Products and Services. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than Appcode, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Appcode is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the results of the presence of such third-party advertisers on our Products or Services.
Appcode respects the intellectual property of others. According to the process set out by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA), we respond to notices of copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe that somebody is violating your copyrights, you can read our Notice and Procedure about submitting notices and how we respond to such notices.
Copyright for product and services
All content made available through any Appcode Products or Services, for example, graphics, information, layout, files, servers, downloads, data compilation, and the compilation of all content are the property of Appcode, and/or affiliates, and Distributers and Suppliers and is protected by the United States and international copyright laws. Our Product or Services display some content that is not Appcode. This content is the responsibility of the entity that makes it available.
You may not use our content, imitated or used, in whole or in part, from our Products or Services unless you obtain prior written permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
Our warranties and disclaimers
OTHER THAN EXPRESSIVELY SET OUT BY IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, Appcode, AND/OR IT’S AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, NOR ITS SUPPLIERS DON’T MAKE ANY PROMISES ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT IN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, FUNCTIONALITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Liability of our products and services
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Appcode, AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTERS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Appcode, AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO US THE FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE (OF, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLY THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, Appcode, AND/OR IT’S AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTERS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
If it turns out that a particular policy or term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other policy or term.
About these terms
We may modify these policies or terms or any additional policies or terms that apply to our Products or Services, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Products or Services. You should look at the policies and terms regularly. We’ll post notice of the modifications to these terms of service on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Products or Services. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 1 day after they are posted to such Products or Services. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or Product or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Product or Service, you should discontinue the use of that Product or Service.
If there is a conflict between these terms and an additional policy or term, the additional policy or term will take control.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking an action in the future).
Modifying and terminating our products or services
We are constantly changing and improving our Products and Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Product or Service altogether.
You can stop using our Products or Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Eagle Eye may also stop providing Products or Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Products or Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Product or Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Product or Service.
By using any Appcode and/or its affiliates, Products, or Services, the laws of Indiana, excluding Indiana’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these policies or terms, or the Products or Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Products or Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, USA, and you and Appcode consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, you can create a report by following these instructions.
You must provide us with this information.
- A signature of the person authorized to act upon the owner of the copyrighted material.

- A statement explaining, in good faith, how the content or material is not authorized, its agent, or the law.
